All grown on MM106 a small to medium rootstock. Grows to 3-4 x 2.5 metres. Magnificant for making Jelly.
GOLDEN HORNET
An upright crab apple with a pyramidal habit. White spring
blossom and clusters of small, shiny, golden ornamental fruit borne
in great profusion. Fruit retained well into winter months.
GORGEOUS
A very popular crab apple with small deep crimson fruits
which weigh down the branches in autumn and winter. One of the best
fruiting crab apples.
JACK HUMM
A Brilliant red Crab Apple flushed with yellow and orange to give
a magnificent display into the winter.
JELLY KING
The fruit are large yellow orange overlaid with red. Flower buds
are pink opening to white. The fruit is wonderful for jelly and
is left untouched by birds until late autumn.
WRIGHT'S SCARLET
Large clusters of 50mm flattish deep crimson fruits, highly ornamentsl
and excellent for jelly. The crimson fruit make this a very spectacular
sight in winter.
